This one has two 4mm salt water Pearl and a 5mm Tanzanite, all resting in a lightly curved silver heart and some lovely detailed rings that hug the 2.5mm oval silver bangle.
The back of these beauts have been textured with a feather stamp but you could have them plain, hammered, initials...etc
